Warranty Policy
Equipment Warranty:
- All equipment purchased from Eastern Laboratory Equipment comes with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, as shown on your original receipt.
- This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
- We may repair or replace the equipment with a new or refurbished unit of the same or similar model.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
- Damage caused by acts of nature, such as lightning strikes or floods
- Damage caused by use of equipment outside of its intended specifications
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department. You will need to provide your original proof of purchase and a description of the problem. All warranty claims will be reviewed by our technical team. We will then work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Accessories:
- Accessories are not covered by any warranty.
- You may return any accessories purchased within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
